This ultra-lifelike portrait of St. Anthony Zaccaria captures the strength and serenity of the 16th-century reformer priest and founder of the Barnabites. He is shown holding a crucifix and a scroll, symbols of his mission to rekindle apostolic fervor and revive love for Christ crucified. Clothed in his black clerical habit and framed by golden Renaissance architecture, the saint’s piercing gaze calls the viewer to personal conversion and zeal for souls. A radiant halo illuminates his sanctity, while behind him rises a cathedral evoking his work in Milan and the spiritual rebuilding of the Church.

Rendered in rich Renaissance tones with exquisite detail and theological symbolism, this digital print is ideal for those devoted to Church reform, Eucharistic revival, or the priesthood.

Short Biography:
St. Anthony Maria Zaccaria (1502–1539) was an Italian priest, physician, and mystic who founded the Clerics Regular of St. Paul—known as the Barnabites—during the Catholic Counter-Reformation. His bold preaching, Eucharistic devotion, and reforming zeal inspired a return to apostolic living and frequent Communion among the laity. He also introduced public exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and promoted the Forty Hours Devotion. He died at the young age of 36, offering his sufferings for the sanctification of souls.
